Wireless Sensors

PRECISE MOVEMENT DETECTION

Trimble Wireless sensors. Wireless tiltmeters and laser-tilt sensors deliver precise tilt and distance measurements, enabling automated movement detection and reporting. These devices offer highly accurate tri-axial readings, furnishing essential data for informed decision-making regarding structural health.

Wireless sensors
Streamline geotechnical sensor operations.

Our suite of vibrating wire, piconode, digital, and analog data loggers provides seamless connections to various geotechnical sensors. These devices communicate critical information to Trimble 4D Control (T4D) software, enabling comprehensive reporting, visualisation, and alarming functionalities.

Vibrating Wire

Wireless Data Loggers – Edge Devices

The vibrating wire (VW) one-and-five channel data loggers easily connect vibrating wire instruments such as piezometers, load cells, strain gauges and pressure calls to the internet.
The vibrating wire data loggers are autonomous battery-powered devices with C-size batteries that can last up to 10 years with minimal to zero maintenance required. The units may also be used as standalone loggers for manual monitoring and can be easily configured and connected with a USB cable and an Android phone.

Wireless Tiltmeters

LS-G6-INC15-MON / LS-G6-INC-I-MON

Tiltmeters for monitoring applications provide measurements of changes from the vertical level, either on the ground or in structures. This makes them key sensors to monitor inclinations, movements and differential settlements of slopes or infrastructures.

Wireless Laser + Tiltmeter

LS-G6-LAS-TIL90-MON

2-IN-1 Wireless Laser Distance Meter and Tiltmeter.

The LaserTilt90 wireless sensor is a 2-in-1 laser distance meter and tiltmeter. The laser measures the relative distance between pairs of reference points. One of the two points can be a natural surface or target foils while the node can be placed at the other end point. Meanwhile, the tiltmeter provides measurements of changes from the vertical level, either on the ground or in structures and is used to monitor inclinations, movements and differential settlements of slopes or infrastructures.

Digital Logger

LS-G6-DIG-2-MON

Edge Devices

The Digital logger brings the advantages of electronics to the geotechnical world. It can easily connect a wireless network in-place inclinometres (IPIs) on a chain in a hole or excavation, multipoint borehole extensometers (MPBX) and other sensors from leading manufacturers. It transforms manual and sporadic data collection to a more regular and automatic process, making it the most cost-efficient way to capture data from any environment.

4G Rugged Gateway – Edge

Connectivity
With Internal or External Antenna

The 4G rugged gateway is part of the connectivity portfolio. It is an outdoor LoRa gateway equipped with an internal antenna and a 4G worldwide module with 3G/2G fallback. It is suitable for a wide variety of projects: construction areas, tailings dams, open pits, bridges, railways, roadways, soil consolidation projects and others.
